Day Spa Policy
We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your preferred appointment times can be secured.
We offer a variety of treatment options which are listed under Services & Packages. Should you need assistance in choosing a service, we encourage you to speak with our spa coordinator, who can guide you in reserving the most suitable treatment on whether your goal is relaxation or more therapeutic in nature.
Lateness, cancellation and rescheduling policy
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to late arival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.
24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness.
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your aappointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
Conduct / Etiquette
Please turn off all cell-phones or electronic devices upon arrival and keep voice levels to a minimum.
Payment & tipping
We accept all major credit cards, cash & checks. Tipping is customary and typically 20% of each treatment’s regular undiscounted price. We actively monitor gratuity levels as a tool for gauging client satisfaction.
Please call in advance to ensure availability. Gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift cards may be redeemed over multiple visits. Any unused portion of a gift card is forfeited after the expiration date. Lost or missing gift cards will not be replaced.

Please inform our therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.
